Refund policy

Returns Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Veterinary pharmaceutical and prescription products
• Opened or used health and animal care products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or aerosols
• Gift cards
• Sale items

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email onlineorders@petware.ca to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service.
