Prescription (Rx) Policy & Submission

In strict compliance with Health Canada and provincial veterinary licensing regulations, we cannot dispense or ship regulated veterinary antibiotics or prescription products until a valid prescription from a licensed Canadian veterinarian is verified on file.

📋 Critical Prescription Requirements

To process your livestock or equine order without delays, your prescription document must clearly display: The veterinarian's name/clinic details, license number, client name, specific animal/herd identification, product name, explicit dosage instructions, and an authorized signature.

We provide three simple, secure methods to process your documentation. Please choose the option most convenient for your veterinary clinic:

Option 1

Direct Upload

Use the secure digital upload form located below to submit a clear photo or PDF scan directly to our pharmacy desk.

Option 2

Clinic Email

Have your clinic email the script directly to onlineorders@petware.ca. Please include your Shopify Order Number in the subject line.

Option 3

Clinic Fax

Your veterinary clinic can fax the physical copy to (204) 943-9612.
