DEHORN PASTE SQUEEZE Cattle Supply Sold is sold 3 x 85G. To prevent horn growth and remove horn buttons on calves. Apply a thin film on horn buttons as soon as they can be felt. Isolate calves for 30 minutes.
Quick, economical. One application on horn button before calf is 2 months old. No cutting or bleeding. Also for use on sheep & goats.
Used in the prevention of horn growth in goats, beef and dairy cattle
PROPER APPLICATION OF DEHORNING PASTE
- apply as soon as horn can be felt
- remove hair on and around horn
- apply aĀ thin film,Ā quarter size amount of paste, once only
IN CALVES 6 TO 8 WEEKS:
- remove the hair where horn has started to grow
- roughen 1/4 quarter inch ring with small scrapper or file
- apply thin layer of paste around top and bottom of horn, once only.

To prevent horn growth and remove horn buttons on calves.
Directions For Use
Apply a thin film on horn buttons as soon as they can be felt. Isolate calves for 30Ā minutes to prevent paste removal by rubbing. Protect calves from rain and snow for 6Ā hours.
Contents:
Sodium Hydroxide - 46.0% w/w
Calcium Hydroxide - 18.4% w/w
FIRST AID:Ā External - flood with water, then wash with vinegar. Internal - give citrus juice or vinegar in large amounts, followed by cooking oil. Eyes - flood with water or 5% boric acid solution. Call physician.
